Richard stepped into the trade at 18 years old at McGill University in Montreal and never looked back. Five years later, a journeyman license. Another five mastering medical gas lines, high-pressure steam, and precision pipefitting.
Decades of building businesses, flipping homes, and growing a rental portfolio followed. Along with pivotal turning points and hard-earned lessons that brought real clarity of purpose.
