At Jumbo Plumbing, we believe protection plans should be clear, not confusing. Here's exactly what is covered under each repair category. Coverage applies only where conditions are safe, accessible, and within the scope of the listed repair. Work outside these categories may be considered major work and quoted separately.
Mid-Tier Repairs include all Minor Repairs, plus the additional Mid-Tier services listed below. If you have a Gold plan, you're covered for all Minor Repairs. Platinum members are covered for both Minor and Mid-Tier Repairs.

Minor Repair

Mid-Tier Repair
Platinum OnlyMid-Tier Repair coverage includes all Minor Repairs, plus more involved repairs that may require additional labour, upgraded materials, deeper access, more advanced components, or more time on site.
What Is Not Included Under Minor or Mid-Tier Repairs

- Full sewer line replacements
- Full home repiping
- Major excavation
- New rough-ins
- Large-scale renovation plumbing
- Work beyond the listed repair scope
- Repairs involving unsafe or inaccessible conditions
- Owner-supplied product failures, where excluded by warranty terms
